Jill Perez is a Chicago-based public programming producer specializing in fostering community partnerships and executing arts & cultural engagements. She has worked in many local institutions including the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and currently at Chicago Athletic Association as the Director of Programming.

As a producer and curator, Jill is passionate about creating celebratory spaces for new work development and creative exchanges. Through her institutional and independent work, she has worked to foster partnerships and produce experiences with groups such as Hooligan Mag, Comfort Station, Refine Collective, EXPO Chicago, Hot Kitchen Collective, Jewish Museum Chicago, LVL3 Gallery, the DCASE Chicago Film Office, Luya Poetry, Chicago Mehfil, and more. She is the co-founder of Hot Wheelz Festival, a virtual platform that was conceived during the COVID-19 pandemic to host annual curatorial residencies that center live art. The festival facilitated works-in-progress collaboration, exploring what it means to create live engagements in a time when digital interaction is essential.
